I just started my first 5/3/1 cycle, on the 5+ rep for Deadlifts I did 12 reps, should I increase my starting deadlift weight and adjust the other 3 weeks weight?

Keep it as is thats kind of what you want you don't want to get to the 5/3/1 week and only get 1 or 2 reps at 1+ you want to get 3+
Also you might find this useful to calculating what you want
Projected Weight = (Weight * Reps * 0.033) + Weight
It gets less useful when reps is greater than 8.
In Wendler and really most programs you want to work with a training max at 90% of your actual max or later on projected max.
See how many you can do for the 1x1+ set and recalculate your max, faggot

Overpriced they may be but having the information to look at is a great help.

It's a shitty program designed by an old, broken, roidaroo powerlifter for old, broken, roidaroo powerlifters. Beyond 5/3/1 and some stuff he's written later are okay, but are still mediocre for intermediate lifters, but the original 5/3/1 BBB is absolutely dogshit.

What would you recommend insead?
>>40198540
oi shit cunt answer the question
>>40198540
when people say they're running 5/3/1 they usually aren't talking about the original
