I want to make a diet/excercise schedule because what I have isn't working.
I just found out I've gained 15 pounds,
also the weight is giving me health problems and I'm really young.
>Male, 203 pounds, 6 foot 0, probably about 35-40% body fat, goal is 15% body fat
Op here, I've been reading for a bit and I saw that people (to lose weight) cut starches/sugars/carbs in general, does this actually work or does calorie counting work?
sorry to hijack the thread the I don't want to make a new one just to ask.
Losing weight, do I:
A. Work out the TDEE for my goal weight and eat that until I reach it, then maintain at the same amount
B. Eat at a constantly adjusted deficit until I reach my goal, then eat at maintenance

I did B and it worked for me
Okay bruh, here's what you do.
Eat at a calorie deficite of 1500-2000 calories.
Do 30minutes - 1hour of walking every day. No exceptions
Do a simple bodyweight routine, of pushups situps squats chinups etc.
Drink up to a gallon of water a day.
Take a multivitamin.
Do this consistently for one month.
