Let's talk about rep range.
Which do you use and why?
I've personally done 3-5 for heavy lifts and anywhere from 8-15 for ~75% 1RM
My goal is power with moderate size gain, I don't care about the classic physique at all.
Is there any reason you couldn't combine High weight low rep STR building with low weight high rep size building in the same workout?
Reddit's ppl is a starter routine that does that.
I just started it so I can't tell you if it works with experience but alot of people seem to like it.

5 because that's what starting strength recommended and I've just sort of stuck with that.
Obviously does not apply to body-weight exercises.
