I'm 6"1" and 154lbs. I started going to the gym in August 2015 when I was 133lbs.

I got up to 161lbs but more or less stopped going to the gym in November/December and dropped down to my current weight of 154lbs.

I kinda half assed it the full time, but I am proud of the pounds I gained!

I swam in HS. A lot of the fast guys had a physique somewhat like yours. Especially guys who swam longer distances, e. g. 500 m. Some girls are into that, but you might not be into those girls...

2 pounds of muscle per month is good for a beginner. That's also around the max you can put on with out roids. I aim for 3 pounds each month, so 2 pounds of muscle and 1 pound of fat. I went from 143 last May to 160 right now.
