u first bb
what routine is better, number one:
>>40197504
or number 2:
>no real leg workout
>no progressive overload except for creatively using your own body
Not worth it unless you're in prison.
>>40197646
The average person who can do full range of motion pistol squats and advanced leg work can quite easily out squat many experienced squatters with only some time needed to get used to the movement.
That's a fact.
There's no actual reason to ever squat or deadlift if you do advanced enough bodyweight lifts.
>>40197646
>No progressive overload except for well known progression
>>40197646
yes, its a generally accepted fact that the best calisthenics routine has weighted squats and deadlifts added in
>>40197504
apples and oranges, basically the same thing first has dips and more skill work, second has back bridges, stretches, and additional bodyline work along with conditioning.
i guess i like the second more cause it includes warmup, stretching and conditioning instruction, but i'd add in the skill work and possibly dips from the first
>>40197738
ok, ill make a hyhbrid later.
If I'm skinny and do reps and sets for strength only, what will the effects be?
>>40197759
you'll get stronger? lol
i mean if you're eating at surplus and actually progressing to more difficult exercises you'll make good gains. consistency is key, good luck and make sure your form for everything is good
>>40197805
thanks dude, you've really helped me out.
