Title says it all. Been lifting for 4 months with great progress, lost a ton of fat, some weight, and am much stronger than I was starting out.
Now I want to get absolutely serious and track my macros.

If you want to be autistic about it, build a spreadsheet and track it yourself like pic related. Google the nutrition, wolfralpha.com is a good site. Play around with the spreadsheet to hit your goal macros.
