You don't really need an answer. Count how many calories you use and subtract that from your daily, then eat slightly less than the required amount.

Really though, cutting out milk and processed sugar will probably do it. It's simple but it's very difficult, that's why most people don't do it. Lucky for me I was super poor at the time and now I just maintain what I got from that time. Good luck.

Honestly if you're a hamplanet you shouldn't run too hard because it's gonna blow your knees/shins out.

A good progression is increasing your mileage 10% every week. Then taking a break every three weeks.

This is a general guide and assumes you aren't running with shit form and getting decent nutrition.

If you feel pain in your bones stop for a week and rest.

I had knee pain before I lost my weight so I know what it feels like. What I got now is burning from the sides of my knees all the way to and including my ass cheeks but thats while i'm not "running". I used quotations because to call what i'm doing running is a disgrace to real runners.

While running i have trouble keeping concisus, its hard to keep my eyes open and my vision gets blurry. I got a HR monitor on my smartwatch and it says my HR is like 210-240.

I doubt it, i'm running on about 1k cals/day, I do try and make them good calories though. My finger and toe nails fell mostly out but that's when i was cutting down to 500cals/day and have since bumped up to 1k and started taking a multivitamin.

Heart rate monitors are kind of dumb, but it sounds like you're literally committing suicide by running right now. Keep a heart rate of like 150-160 and you won't feel like you're dying, with the bonus that you also won't actually be dying, you idiot.

If you're having trouble maintaining consciousness its probably because you're breathing is shit on top of exerting yourself past what your heart can handle. Make sure youre actually breathing.

210-240bpm is pretty fucking high and I'm surprised you haven't died yet. I'm plenty sure it is high around the low 200's but the rest is probably your gear giving incorrect signals.

At this point I recommend cutting down on either mileage or speed. Ideally both. Focus more on your breathing as opposed to speed/distance because thats not what you should be concerned about at this stage.

Long power walks are also a good option too as they also provide decent cardio benefits to people in your current condition. Keep in mind when I mean walk I mean a brisk pace, not a leisurely stroll-- just under a jog.

Use your mouth to breathe since you in/exhale in larger quantities that way.

As for HOW, that I can't say. Run/exercise more to figure that out for yourself since everyone does it a bit differently. For me personally I exhale more than I inhale by sort of "spitting" out the exhale.

You can google 'running breathing' and read up a bunch of articles, I did that when I started and it didn't do jack shit for me, it helped alot for others. You'll figure it out if you stick with it for a while.

IF it is too cold going on a treadmill might not be the worst idea. Actually going on a treadmill isn't a terrible idea at all for you at the moment. Just make sure that you try to run outside atleast once a week though since they're very different experiences
