Pre-workout is a little bit more tricky. 99% you find in stores are bullshit and work worse than coffee. you need to find new ones that are basically "designer drugs".
My latest experiment is with Gold Star Performance - Triple-X and I can tell you it's absolutely nuts. The effect is as close to Craze as I have ever witnessed. If I take more than 1 scoop I will puke after my workout and shake the rest of the evening in my bed. Not even kidding.
