I have been working out for about two months now. I've noticed normie gains but I can't lose any fucking weight. I'm 6ft, about 180lbs and 20% body fat. I run anywhere from 3-5k a day and workout steady 6 days a week. I do a three day split twice a week. I believe I'm eating the correct amount of calories and I cut out all junk food and soda. I don't understand why I haven't lost any weight.
you're not counting your calories properly then
or you're overestimating your TDEE
could also be the whoosh effect, which is very likely if you exercise that often

probably fucked up the activity multiplier.Put sedentary or 1-3 days training multiplier and try again.Dont put "7 days active" just because you half ass it 6 days in a gym.
