Mob Psycho 100 was actually pretty good with this.

>mix of the club and all the events help him open up and generally improve his life

These guys weren't really the biggest part of the show too much, but it's still nice seeing Mob trying to get fit for his oneitis, even if he doesn't have a chance with her.
