Every time I deadlift, the bar gets caught on my junk and I have to shrug mid-movement or else crush my balls into myself. I've tried hiking my underwear up, but it pretty much always happens. What can I do?

Balls shouldn't be at the bar until the lockout unless you're arching your back. Junk drives forward as you reach max extension of the legs. Form issue, not a junk issue.
My balls aren't hanging out, but my dick sort of guides the bar towards my balls

It doesn't matter how short your arms are, at no point in the lift should the bar be sliding against your legs or balls

Getting the technique down is a pain, and it requires decent hip mobility, but I think it transfers to squat much better than conventional.
