Will biking add mass to legs?
>no gym calisthenics poorfag
>have trouble training legs because of this
>also in need of transportation
Thinking of buying a Fixie as it seems like it would be a win/win. Not looking or expecting to get massive legs from it but assuming I currently have chicken legs, could biking help me to build enough muscle in legs/glutes to at least achieve ottermode their legs?
(Assuming I take in adequate amounts of calories/protein etc etc)
cyclists have massive calves but not thighs. youd be better off putting the bike on your shoulders and squatting
biking is amazing but it won't make your legs grow based on my experience

>cyclists have massive calves but not thighs
no homo

dude these guys are sprint cyclist, they do squats along with their cycling.
OP just do sprints and pistol squats, you can build massive legs with just those two. Also being hamstring dominant is better than having huge quads unless you want to look like a t-rex

Sure thing m8

ok let me rephrase. amateur, non doping, cyclists have massive calves, but not massive thighs, if, cycling is all they do
it will but you have to have some steep hills for them to grow.

my thighs got noticeably bigger from cycling. Not squat big but at least not chicken leg tier

what kind of cycling did you do? how often?

nattiest legs i ever seen

Why does it have to be a fixie, exactly? I have one, but I always end up using my racing bike everywhere, so the fixie is basically just sitting in my room as decoration
Get a single speed maybe if you just want a simple "hipster" means of transportation

fixies look cool and ive seen some nice ones for cheap. i dont want to spend more than 200 dollars desu. you have a better idea?
don't buy a fixie if you live anywhere that has topography.
also motorists will hate you even more than other cyclists because of you fuckslow acceleration at traffic lights
