So /fit/ I've been loving spicy food recently. Even put some habanero sauce on oatmeal the other day.
What are some good tasting spicy sauces/dishes? Why is thai curry so delicious?
And why is the spicy so good going in but so bad leaving?

I recently started making my own habanero hot sauce and pickling my own jalapeño. Super easy, cheap, and delicious.
