I lost motivation for bodybuilding after 4.5 years.
Switched to strictly powerlifting 6 months ago. Best decision I ever made.
>in the gym only 3 days a week instead of 5-6
>still just as muscular as I was before, even moreso in some muscle groups
>much more stronger
>don't need as much protien so diet isn't as strict
>don't need to bulk to make gains, strength comes easy so long as programming is good, so staying much leaner
Powerlifting life def much better alternative, especially if your natty.

the thing is i started as an oly lifter then changed to powerlifting, while i became super stronk i also got super fat.
