You open up 8-10 tabs of threads you posted in.
You rotate and F5 them to see if anyone is replying to your post.
You keep a main tab to browse the catalogue looking for other threads to post in.
As time goes by and it's clear you won't be getting a rely, you close that tab.

Repeat for 12 hours.
