its not possible to see an accurate weight due to the fluctuations of water weight/ shit in your body.The best way is to choose the same time every day to measure the weight and ignore the fluctuations (in my case, up to 3 kg give or take) .Preferably after defecating in the morning.

And you dont sound like you've been eating a low calorie diet for a long time.Just stick with it.Give it a month before you see actual results.Have faith.It works.
