You're probably around 18-20%bf and no, you are not even close to being lean
How much more weight should i loose until i start looking lean /b/?
>>40179090
About 15 pounds to get into the normie standards of cut ripped range.
This will take you another 2-4 months of steady dieting, exercise, and consistency.

I've doing mostly cardio and light weight lifting. Should i cut down on cardio and lift more regularly? What exactly is normie standards range? My diet is high protein and low carbs. Any advice be appreciated /fit/ bros.

A little over 20% Approx 21-22%
>Am i even close to getting lean?
No. You'd also need to lift bigger before getting lean would be noticable anyway.
>Do i still look fat /b/?
Only without clothes on. You look like an ex fatty.
Keep lifting and cutting. You're only a few months away from noticeable definition.
>How much more weight should i loose until i start looking lean /b/?
You're answering your own question. Lose and gain weight until you look lean

Should i lift heavy weight with low reps(1-5) or moderate weight with high reps (8-10)?
>>40179189
Read the sticky. If you want to gain strength go for 1-5 or less

what is it with shitskins and potbellies?
its like you're genetically inclined to have a 40 inch muffin top.
also ugly as shit but that's irrelevant.

I wasn't blessed with such good genetics, i'm working out to get better. Is there something wrong in that?

Arms look not horrible. Chest is lagging. So is back and traps. Yes you are fat. Come back in 9 months.
