What's autistic about it? It's based off foods I know that my body reacts well to. It's a modified version of a plan I used to successfully lose 77 pounds in 4 months (298 to 221) but now allows for more "good" fat and fiber.

Added salt mainly. I'm really sensitive to salt and have a lot more success losing weight when I cut it out all together. There's enough sodium in other foods. Pretty much the same reasons for the milk.

Whole grain only and very sparingly, 1-2 servings a week. When I followed this plan before I removed grain completely but I'm trying to add more fiber to the diet.

Greens
Spices
Nuts
Water
Coffee.

Stop spending so much time being autistic and start eating right. There's nothing difficult or complicated about it and forcing yourself to only eat special magic "super foods" you read about on /fit/ and on blogs is retarded.
Also anyone who considers wine and hard liquor preferable to milk, flour and salt is flat out retarded and incapable of building a healthy diet plan, so instead I recommend:
