My adhd is getting worse the older i get. Im worried about being put on adderall or ritalin in case it can cause gain deficiency any bros have been one it? Also is it as hard as ive heard to get off it?

Same i used to love reading but i can't concentrate on them anymore its gotten so bad that its hard to watch movies in one sitting cause my mind loses interest. It wasn't this bad when i was younger so never need any meds but its getting worse now also bumperino
