I have been bodybuilding for 4 years. Changing to STRICTLY power-lifting on 30th of January (Monday for me)

4 years, but my lifts on the barbell exercises are pretty pathetic.

75kg OHP
100kg Bench
100kg Squat
150kg Deadlift

The reason I am so weak on these lifts after 4 years of bodybuilding is because I haven't really focused on them or done them much, I've mainly stuck to hammer-strength meme machines etc.

I was under the assumption that with SS I could go from...

75kg x 1 OHP > 75kg 3x5 OHP
100kg x 1 Bench > 100kg 3x5 Bench
100kg x 1 Squat > 140kg 3x5 Squat
150kg x 1 Deadlift > 180kg 1x5 Deadlift

Am I assuming wrong here?

With those lifts if you eat enough you should be able to. I would limit OHP'ing to once a week for the time being, it's not entirely necessary and if you focus on progressing it too much it'll make your bench progress slower.

TM would be the natural progression after you stall on SS. Start with weights you can easily hit for 3x5 and go from there. Be prepared to eat a lot.

There's this local drive-in near me, from like the 40s or something. You can't even go inside, you park and they come out to take your order and bring you your food.
Anyway they have something called the "Double Super Burger." 1/2 pound of beef, lodsacheese, mustard, chili, and coleslaw.
It is the absolute perfect burger. The heat from the chili is nullified by the sweet coleslaw, but the chili still has all the flavor, the coleslaw is cool and crunchy to contrast the hot and soft other components, the mustard brings an acidic tang.
It's stellar.

You have to sacrifice your last bite to the seagulls before you leave though, lest you incur their wrath.

The smaller, weaker and less hormonally aided the lifter is the flatter their strength curve tends to be and thus they have a higher rep max/can tolerate more volume at a given percentage. It's not uncommon to see smaller females doing volume work with percentages that would be a one and done for guys. Which means they can play holy hell with programming that assumes more 'normal' rep abilities.

Butterfly press I find helps build and recruit inner chest like nothing else, reverse grip bench as well. Inb4 I get chased out of plg for mentioning inner chest.

Pin press will give you more explosiveness on the concentric phase

A big problem I used to have on bench is a weak/unengaged serratus anterior. Doing straight arm push down exercises and increasing RoM on lat pulldown helped a lot with that. A lot of times if you're struggling on a lift it's not because of the actual main muscles themselves but supporting muscles.
