Who here has a log of their body weight? Post your weight log.

Pic is me. I weight myself every morning bare naked, after my morning piss, for consistency. (I usually don't take my morning crap until an hour or two later)

I am worried that I am slowly withering away. Thoughts?

Incase anyone is curious, this is the Withings electronic scale. I got it for Christmas in 2013 and have used it almost everyday (minus vacations).

breakfast

>sometimes an avocado
>rare, but sometimes a pb&j as well

lunch
>usually 2 sandwiches with lunch-meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc
>otherwise I have some brown rice with chicken and broccoli

afternoon snack

>sometimes a second clif bar
>baby carrots

dinner
this meal is all over the place
>healthy well balanced home cooked meals
>moderately unhealthy home cooked meals
>I go out a lot for dinner too, usually a salad and a burger

This is the one I have. Works nice with iphone. It will give you BF% (and you can graph it) but I don't know how accurate it is.

excluding the clif bars, this works out to be around 1500 calories. I don't know how I can get more calories without eating crappy junk food. I don't know what I would want to eat more of.

Started in May last year and the massive drop is when I had a tonsillectomy and could barely eat for 2 and a bit weeks. BF% has been going down and muscle mass is going up so I am pretty happy.

The goal is very old, I just changed to 82.5.

Surprisingly, those mi goreng noodles are 400 calories, unlike shitty Ramen. They're decent if you add a couple of tablepoons of peanut butter.
