I can never put full effort into my squats because my kneecaps are fucking shit and don't track properly. I have to focus on form so hard just to not aggravate them to the point where even bending my knee is painful for a week, making it eztremely hard to squat weigh any sort of intensity

I know that feel bro, I have a habit of leaning to the left during squats despite constant deloading and corrective stretching/mobility work. At this point Im considering replacing squats with behind the back deadlifts (hack squat)

I know. My squat has literally not moved in 8 months. I think I'm going to a PT sometime February. Hopefully they help me out and not tell me to never squat again
