Don't buy them when you go to the store. Honestly don't even go down the aisle.

If you can control yourself enough, buy 1 bag a week and put a handful in a bowl. Only eat those ones, and eventually you'll learn what a portion size is.

Its going to take willpower because they're fucking good. My favorite also.

this 100%. eat a good meal before you go shopping. if you still end up buying them somehow, keep them somewhere really inconvenient to get to. that way the process of getting them is as conscious and deliberate as possible. this is especially effective if you're a lazy shit like me so putting a 20-second barrier to gratification might be enough to get you to say "fuck it i'd rather not get up in the first place"
