You can make gains while smoking, but I still wouldn't recommend it as a daily habit. Smoking any type of organic substance will fuck up your lungs, and edibles are just unneeded calories.
Vaping is fine, but being high all the time will desensitize you to a bunch of shit. Everything in moderation anon
