I get around 3 hours of sleep a night /fit/, is this enough to make gains? I'm 26 if that makes any difference

I get about 3-5 hours a day too and catch up on weekends. Those days ill sleep 12-13.

No way I could survive like this.
Even when I do night shifts during the week-end (like I'm about to) for my student job I feel some negative effects on my productivity the next few days.

Fuck no. Nutrition Sleep and Lifting are equally important you ideally need 7-8 hours. Not only will insomnia eat away your lifting gains but also your brain gains. I guess though once your a half dead retard you can reap that tard strength

I don't know how this guy I work with gets like 4 hours of sleep a night and wakes up and goes to the gym than goes to work all night doing labor work with me and repeats the same thing everyday. I need at least 7 hours of sleep considering were doing a labor job 10 hours a night lifting pallets and bags of cheese powder etc
