High bar or low bar squat?

Depends my guy.
I prefer high bar, but I do like to low bar every once and a while for that delicious hip thrust to the sky.

I'm also offended front squats weren't included.

Low bar for me. It just feels right. I stubbornly squatted high bar for one and a half years and kept having trouble before I switched.

the important thing is that you squat. if your squat is below 4pl8 then it doesn't matter what style you squat with, you're too weak and need to focus on getting your squat up. if you squat more than 4pl8 then you've most likely chosen your style of squat and don't care about this argument anymore
