What's the better option /fit/?
I'm 5'10 165, and I'm looking to lose some bf% without compromising my lifts too much. I've heard Y-hcl is unreal, and that it gets you shredded and turns your cock into a obsidian rod of fuck. But I live in Canada and it's very difficult for us to get it up here.
Is ephedrine similar? Will it have a similar effect? It's a lot easier to get ephedrine up here, should I just run an EC stack?

I wouldn't recommend lifting (at least large compounds) on YHCL until you're really used to it.
YHCL is a thermogenic and EC is more of an appetite suppressant. You can use YHCL in the morning and EC the rest of the day.
YHCL is really best if you're 13% BF or below.
