Basically this. I wouldn't use him as your only resource for bodybuilding but for beginners and people who want to lose weight he's perfect. Without him I would have taken much longer to understand the basic concepts of calories, fat loss, muslce gain, cardio etc. His diet tips (basically pic related) and home workouts are pretty good too, even for advanced lifters.
