Easy feat when it represents half your bw
I deadlifted 3 plate in my first 2 months as a skinny fat.
Then I got scared and quit deadlifting
Now I'm 5 years in and started deadlifting again and for some reason I'm having so much trouble getting it back to 3 plates again.
I don't understand :(

is it normal to feel "pressure" in the lower back during the dl. i know my form is good during warmup reps with small weights but i still get that feeling of pressure in the lower back. increasing the weight seems like suicide because of this
