OP here, my goal isn't to grow massive (body builders get a distended palumbism gut by taking 10iu or more alongside steroids)- its more to cut and fill out, plus help heal and look younger (28yr old)

the palumboism is mostly blown out of proportion , alot of those guys are just bloated from carbing up pre contest after dieting for so long. you aren't going to get massive by accident. I'm telling you even at 5IU a day its not going to do anything at all, you need to run like 3-4 IU 3 times a day for effects. Especially since I'm assuming your HGH isn't pharma.
