I know this isn't /adv/ but it is related to /fit/ so I thought I'd ask here.
Basically I started being trained professionally at the gym since 23rd December and on average go around 4 - 5 times a week, my diet isn't the best mostly because I'm allergic to almost all fruit and some veg (tree pollen) so I stick to mainly chicken wraps and things like toast with butter, a bowl of rice krispies (2 teaspoons of sugar) and pepsi max (around 6 cans per day). Yes I drink at least 2 litres per day not including water I drink at the gym.
I know I can reduce the Pepsi Max to just two meals (2 cans) and reduce my sugar which I have been doing.
I'm 5ft 11, muscular body type and I weigh at the moment 19 stone 5 down from my original 20 stone 7 with my waist being down by 8cm. My doctors and trainer think I should be around 15 stone to be healthy again.

I mean, drink water anyway, but the fucking pepsi isn't going to keep you fat. Just eat less.

I think my eating on average is around 1800 - 2000 calories per day which isn't good or at least won't make me lose weight as fast, would 1500 be alright or is that dangerous?
