Anyone here have experience with scaphoid breaks/ fracture?

Depends on the severity. It would be a lot easier to recover from if you got it checked out when it happened instead of waiting 3 months. It might require surgery.

Yeah well don't panic yet, the MRI will show the severity. If you have health insurance then the surgery isn't a big deal, it should be pretty quick, maybe some pain for a week but pretty mild. Either way you will probably do some physical therapy and it should help with the pain. If you do have surgery, do your fucking PT religiously. You only have a limited window of time in which to work on your range of motion, after a while it won't improve any further. Good luck anon

I'm assuming you went through this too?
I've read online that people still have trouble, even after surgery. My goals for this year were a handstand and tuck planche, and I'm worried that I won't be able to work on these for a long time, or god forbid, ever.
