Redpill me on intermittent fasting
>>40157446
you don't eat in the beginning of the day so it's harder for you to shove 10,000 calories down your throat before you go to the gym or before bed

If you need to be redpilled you don't have the dedication to skip a meal you fat pig.

>dedication
you literally just go to work instead of eating breakfast
there's not a lot of dedication needed.

When I do it I restrict myself to eating only twice a day. I can eat til I'm full, whatever I want, but only twice a day. It's just a game, to help me not break the rules of my game I naturally choose foods that'll stick with me, oats, meats, etc. Veggies too but mostly things that stick with me.

anon used "rational thought"
It's not very effective....

So is this the whole point? Like is that the only advantage to IF? That I can eat more for dinner because I skipped breakfast? Because I've been doing that for years. Somehow I thought IF had more to it than that.

yet somehow you figured out how to eat more than maintenance calories and need some sort of cheat/fad diet to lose weight quickly

Where are you getting that from my post? I'm not OP, and I was just asking out of curiosity.

Pseudosciencey claims are bullshit.
Helps to not overeat on a cut/allows larger portion sizes [which I personally need to feel sated].
