Which is wrong because at low heat olive oil is great. It infuses an earthy flavor into whatever you're cooking and is just a good source of fats. I usually make my eggs with it if I'm bulking.

olive oil is not made for high temperatures.
it is not as heat stable as coconut oil for example.
the fumes that develop when heated over 180° C are also somewhat toxic.
