$42 per month its literally 4 minutes away. Besides that its pretty basic one has a pool but its only open from 8 to 9pm which sucks as its a 24/7 gym. They recent did the "no drop" meme which pisses my off and makes me want to get another gym but only other choices besides driving 30 minutes are a planet fitness...yeeeeeeeah no

40 a month, small quiet gym 24 hour with key card. Never see staff, never wait for equipment, nice private shower, shit is fixed immediately if it breaks.

High price point means its rarely, if ever, filled meaning i can hit whatever workout I want to at whatever time.
Offers tons of classes.
Free HIIT classes everyday if i ever want to one of those in.
Boxing Room: need to bring your own gloves but you can go slam on some punching bags, speed bags, and more if you want.
Sauna, Locker room and amazing showers. I honestly would rather drive there to take a shower every night

I work for a big company and its in our building so its very convenient but thats really the best benefit.

there is no squat rack, theres a smith machine. It has dumbbells up to 120lb at least.
