So i have a bench press/ dumbells and a barbell.
Looking for exercises to work out front of the legs which can be archived with squats but after a point u have to fucking lift the whole weight all the way above your head to put it on ur shoulders then take it down.

It's essentially a deadlift, but you stand in front of the bar. Works the bottom heads of the quad.
