hi people how are you a few questions about fitness
1-can I train at home and still get lean (I previously tried p90x3 is it it or good)
2-I stopped training for a while and after I got back my skin started to itch it almost burned and I can't continue working out what should I do?

Get lean? Ottermode and more are definitely achievable (and easily so). Get a pull-up bar, do calisthenics and stuff like that

yes. either build yourself a home gym or get a pull up bar and lurk moar /bwg/. gains are slower but consistent
