Im gonna guess its a meme, how long has it been out?

I used it a few years ago at 300mg per day for about 2 months. I quit taking it because I had to admit to myself that I had totally wasted my money. Ecdysterone does absolutely nothing.

After years of trying supplements I've found that whey, caffeine, ephedrine, bcaa's, and creatine monohydrate are the only legal supplements that really work. Or epistane if you can still find some.
