I had a cut on a side of my (jew) dick's neck a few months ago which has disappeared, but now that side got all dry n shit. It gets to a point where I'm afraid to have sex or fap cause I'm afraid of cutting it and contaminating with AIDS and whatnot.
I heard this is how dick skin cancer starts. Should I be worried? I had this for about a month now. It was cut and then a few lesions from fapping, but now they cured, except the skin gets dry and doesn't feel very well.

I don't think you can get growths on your dick, usually it happens when someone has nut cancer and it spreads to their dick but even then its extremely rare, and just a growth appearing on your dick is even rarer. But its just dry skin from fapping with lotion which dries the dick skin out because its obviously sensitive. But go see a dermatologist if youre really that worried.

I've already seen one - he said there's absolutely nothing to worry about. I still get dry dick though, so that's why I will see a dermatologist
