I'm 350 lbs, I started working out at a crossfit gym 3 times a week, I cut bread out of my diet and mainly eat trail mix (nuts and raisins no chocolate) and salad (romaine with a bit of blue cheese dressing and cheese, maybe meat if I have some) after I work out I go home and cook myself eggs and sausage, then go about my day... I stay away from powder drink supplements and protein bars, I carry a gallon jug of water around and drink off of it all day, I haven't cut out soda completely but have been drinking it less... rate my /fit/?

this is bad. you should eat a well balanced diet with 45% complex carbs 5% simple carbs 30% fats 20% protein. start eating some fucking whole grain pasta, chicken, beef, olive oil, oats, broccoli, green beans, whole grain rice, etc.
