Second for banana, but with some peanut butter. Delicious, and gives me that little bit to get through my day.
I always have a craving for savory and salty things, so trail mix is what i go for. The store bought stuff is 70% m&m's and chocolate so I just buy all the ingredients separately and mix it myself to give it a decent proportion of nuts, berrys and some chocolate

you should try restricting your eating window, it works if you have to eat less
do some research on Intermittent Fasting or Time Restriced Eating, you'll get the idea
