What routine are you guys currently doing?
Is it bad that I do a full body workout 3 times a week?
Squats, deadlift, bench, skull crushers, curls, lat raises, shrugs, dumbbell flies, ohp, abs.

( 10 box jumps (tallest box)
1 minute of jumping Jacks
15 leg raises
10 Shoulder touch planks) X2
0.5 mile run
After work:
1 mile run
