Monday:
Bench 2x5, 1x5+ (alternating with OHP as below)
Pendlay rows 2x5 1x5+ (alternating with chins as below)
Low bar back squat 2x5, 1x5+
Farmer walks x3, started with 25KG in each hand, upping the weight once I double the distance I started with on all 3 walks
Planks x3 until failure

Wednesday:
OHP 2x5, 1x5+ (alternating)
Chins 5 sets until failure. When I can do 5x5 I'm going to switch to weighted chins 2x5 1x5+ (alternating)
Deadlifts 2x5
Planks x3 until failure

Friday:
OHP / Bench, as above
Rows/ Chins as above
Squats as above
Farmer walks as above
Planks as above

I'm 83KG. Lifts are currently (5 reps):
Bench 65KG / 143lb
OHP 47.5KG / 104 lb
Chins 5/4/4/3/2
Squats 80KG / 176lb
Deads 115KG / 253lb
Rows 60KG / 132lb

Been lifting about 3 months. Was stalling on Stronglifts but seem to be back to gains with this routine, added a decent amount to my lifts in the 3 weeks ive been doing it. Squats are such a struggle though
