I lift twice a week, lifting isn't is a minor hobby for me. What about you /fit/?

I lift at the gym 3 days a week, run at the gym 2-3 days a week, and do sets of chin ups/ pull ups / sit ups / push ups randomly throughout the day on days I'm not lifting.
3 days lifting 2 days cardio
I try to lift 6 days a week but with school and work it averages to about 4.75 times a week for the last few moths

I try to go five times a week, I'm not experienced enough for compound workouts so I do mostly isolated workouts that don't take too long.
however with school and the likes it ends up being 3-4 times a week which I can accept.

Squats deadlifts and bench press are not hard to learn. Just start light.

I lift everyday but theres days where my workout looks like this
Squat 80% max 5x2
5 pullups
I guess is active rest.
7 days a week 8 hours a day, I take a rest period of 3 days once a month
I lift twice a week as well, and do whatever lift I feel like doing at that time.
