Okay /fit/ I've been working out recently and cleaning up my diet, and as I lost weight I realized I have a large barrel chest. It might have been from when I used to swim as a kid before I got fat but anyways, now that I'm back on track to a healthy new life, is it possible for people who are barrel chested to get abs or should I just try and get THICC?

you're probably not nearly as barrel chested as you think. i thought the same thing when i lost weight, but i just realized that my posture changed when i got fat in a way that tries hide the fatness and make it as smooth as possible. this might be it.

Fellow barrel chested bro here. Honestly just worry about packing on that upper body strength. I swear as i slowly creep on being in better shape, the more barrel chested i get. Pic related.

Is finding dress shirts that don't stretch at the buttons by your chest hard for you too?
It seems either I get a shirt a size up that's too baggy or one that should be my size but the buttons struggle to contain my chest.
