I used to do a lot of lifting and play rugby (wing) but I fell out of it. (shitty gf, gone now)
It's been about 5 years since I was in "peak" shape, but even then I never really got big per se. I'd like to get in better shape and get 'mired again. I've always been pretty skinny (160lbs rn) and I'm fairly short (5'10).
I've been working out almost every day for three months or so and started taking creatine about two months ago.
Should I be doing anything else to get back into shape? What would be a realistic timeline to have dem pretty muscles?

if you were to build muscle, i'd really recommend focussing on your chest dude.
