Gotta cut this skinnyfat. Too stressed/poor to exercise, my calorie intake to lose weight is going to be 1000 a day. Am I going to be faint from this? If it's a very busy day, I might shoot for 1500.
tl;dr: cutting, how to not be faint/tired/stressed?

What kind of dog is that?
if you're skinnyfat, shouldn't you be focusing on building muscle first?
Life is all about being stressed and tired. If youre not either then ur failing at life
Exercise helps relieve stress bro, it's hard to get started sometimes, but after years and years of constant lifting/exercise I have literally never finished a workout and thought "man I wish I hadn't worked out just now" as far as being poor, that sucks, but body weight routines and cardio will get you healthy and burn calories, meaning you can eat more and not feel so empty. If you're basically untrained I wouldn't try to cut too hard, just exercise and eat healthy around maintenance and you'll gain some muscle, raise your metabolism, and probably end up looking better than if you just starve yourself into skeleton mode

yeah, but I don't have the money for proper nutrition. (I'm working on that, trust me.)

yeah but death and catastrophe are also normal parts of life, so it pays to be cautious

>exercise relieves stress
>exercising looks better than skelemode
>you'll burn fat exercising

I just used to have an old hunk of shit truck I was driving for a bit, and one day I took it to the gym on leg day, and never realized how heavy that clutch pedal was until after I worked on my legs.
