My bench press set up has the bar at the bottom like the one in the picture. Do any of you bench with your feet positioned as in the picture? Opinions on this?
Personally I'm able to get more total body tension pressing the bottom of my shins/top of the ankle against the bar than when I have my feet on the floor.
