yea man, i do a mixed suicide grip for bench press, can bench 3pl8 now

desu I only use mixed grip for heavy axle deadlifts now. I use double overhand up to 4.5pl8 and then hook on a normal bar, and am absolute shit at continentals so I just power clean when I axle press
my shoulder health feels a lot better for it desu, I feel like I can press (especially bench) much more frequently now.
Might be placebo though
