For whey protein, Its 7-10 grams per hour. Whey continues to be absorbed for 1.5 hours which means you can only absorb 15 grams of whey at most per serving.
Stick to taking 20g of whey every 1.5 hours for maximum results

Your food takes way longer than a hour to move through your small intestine friend. It's 20 feet long. Can't remember the exact rate of peristalsis but since it takes a few hours to get through the jejunum (where most of dietary absorption takes place) let's say, 4 hours, then that means you can absorb as much as 100g of protons from one meal.

Yes. But I would advise against eating 100g of protein in one meal. Just shoot for 40-50g per meal. Enjoy your second scoop famalam.
Your body can't store protein, but your intestines will slow down protein uptake so that a minimal amount is wasted. Our bodies are more efficient than most people seem to think.
Don't worry too much about it. Meal timing is very insignificant compared to actually hitting your daily protein intake.
